Business must help mitigate Coronavirus with their employees and communities to protect them and to “Flatten the Curve”. It is a pandemic now. It can’t be eliminated. But what we can do is reduce its impact by minimizing exposure to it.
Executives must communicate on a regular basis on local news, expected risks and how to best minimize them. Sick leave and working from home policies need to be established. Communications must correct disinformation and link to resources.
