I work on contract at Concordia University in Montreal where I’m helping lead projects in web design, web content management, social media and mobile. I’ve been a web consultant helping organizations and professionals use the Internet to connect with and engage their communities for many years. I’ve done a number of things such as user experience reports to redesigning web sites to make them more effective. Please see my LinkedIn for more about my professional background.
