I was asked by Jane Zang to do a Speed Geek about Ning. My presentation notes are available on Slideshare below followed by an interview with Ning co-founder Marc Andreessen.
I’m a member of a number of active communities on Ning including Library 2.0, University Web Developers, BarCamp, The Cheese Shop, Society for Word of Mouth, The League of Kickass Business People, and even Zoomers. But have to admit I don’t use them often as I forget that they are there. Despite this I would like to try to build a private or public Ning community for members to participate in, share photos and video, ask questions, share files and forms, chat, etc…
