The Webbys are presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 500-member body of leading web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities. There is also a People’s Voice Award and The Webby Effectiveness Awards for best business practices. Sites are evaluated based on Academy set criteria (content, structure & navigation, visual design, interactivity, functionality and overall experience), as well as the panels own definition for the category which may include impact.”
